Android apps & games

Apps people can't put down.

HLP Magnet is an independent Android studio. We build games and apps, pull in the players who stick around, and tune the monetization until it holds under real traffic. Nine of our own titles are live on Google Play right now — everything we do, we run on them first.

Our apps

Live on Google Play, right now.

We keep our own titles because it's the only honest way to hand out advice — nothing gets recommended here that hasn't already been run on something of ours. These are published on Google Play under our developer account, Blaga Corina.

The approach

Four forces, one field.

An app normally gets passed between four teams before it makes a penny, and something gets dropped at every hand-off. We keep all four under one roof — the people who build it are the people who have to live with what it earns.

Force 01

Build

Native Android put together properly — an architecture that still makes sense in year two, screens that stay quick on a cheap handset, and releases that don't ruin anybody's evening. We write it knowing we're the ones who'll maintain it.

Force 02

Grow

Paid acquisition judged on payback, not on how the first-day chart looks. Creative made in bulk and cut without sentiment, budget moved toward whatever the week-four cohort is actually doing.

Force 03

Earn

Ads, subscriptions and in-app purchases weighed against each other and against the player's patience. The model gets drawn alongside the product, so the moment someone pays doesn't feel like a turnstile.

Force 04

Keep

We buy Android apps that found their people but ran out of road, then give them the distribution and revenue work they never got. Sometimes outright, sometimes side by side with whoever built it.

What we take on

Three things we pull together.

Engineering, revenue and growth sit at the same desk. Whoever wrote the code is watching the numbers it produces.

01 / Engineering

Android development

One well-made screen or a full live-ops backend — written so the next person to open it doesn't wince.

  • Native apps & casual games
  • Tools, utilities & camera apps
  • Store release & listing work
  • Analytics, backend & live-ops
02 / Revenue

Monetization

The business model drawn at the same time as the product, not bolted on the week the free installs dry up.

  • Mediation & waterfall tuning
  • Subscriptions & paywall design
  • In-app purchase economies
  • Ad placements that respect players
03 / Growth

User acquisition

Every install treated as a line with a cost and a return, then watched long enough to find out which it was.

  • Multi-channel paid media
  • Creative production at volume
  • Bid, budget & audience tuning
  • Cohort & payback modelling
How it runs

Test, attract, scale.

Three stages, deliberately few. Each one has to earn the next before we turn the current up.

Stage 01

Test the pull

Who it's for, what it replaces, and whether the arithmetic can ever close. Plenty of ideas stop here — and this is by far the cheapest place for one to stop.

Stage 02

Build the field

Something real in people's hands early, then sharpened in short passes — measurement and the revenue model wired in from the first build rather than retrofitted at the end.

Stage 03

Turn it up

Once a cohort holds and the payback maths works, we open the spend and let it compound across markets. Nothing scales here until the numbers say it can take it.

Acquisitions

Got an app that's lost its pull?

We buy Android apps outright, and we'll structure an earn-out for anyone who'd rather keep a share of where it ends up. If you've built something decent and run out of time, budget or patience for the growth end of it, that's a conversation we enjoy.

  • Casual & hyper-casual games
  • Tools, utilities & camera apps
  • Real installs, real retention
  • Under-monetized, with room to move

Something to build, or something to hand over?

Either way, tell us what it is. Every message gets read by someone who actually builds — and answered inside a day.
